Wheel of Manchester – The wheel of Manchester is operated by World Tourism Attractions and is based at Exchange Square. It is a Ferris wheel and is 60 meter tall. It carries 42 capsules and gives a panoramic view of the city. It operates daily from 10 in the morning till late at night. The price of a adult ticket is £6.50.

Visit Chinatown – This is the second largest china town in UK and third largest in Europe. After the WWII many Chinese people came and settled here and they opened up restaurants, Chinese medicine shop, and supermarket in the area. In Chinatown you can find many good Chinese restaurants, Chinese grocery stores herbal shops and bakeries.

Visit Castlefield – Castlefield is based at Southern part of the city centre and it was the site of Roman fort, Manucium. It was originally built by timber and soil but later it was renovated and in place of timber and soil stones were used. After Romans left Britain the fort turned into ruins but in the late 20th century the fort was restored. Now a day’s music festivals and live events takes place in here. Visitors can find loads of pubs, bars and restaurants here.

Take a tour of Old Trafford football stadium – If you are a football fan then visiting this stadium is a must thing to do as this is the home ground Manchester United. The stadium tour is nice and in this tour you would be able to see the footballer’s dressing room, dining room where players have their food before a match, the Hall of Fame and Trophy room. Visitors can also go to the store inside the stadium where you can find hundreds of Manchester United products.

Visit Manchester Cathedral – If you love to visit old cathedrals and building then Manchester Catheral is the perfect place for you. It is a medieval period church but was restored in the 19th century. Due to this renovation this doesn’t look like a medieval period church but you can still see some of its original features like the Angel Stone, Misericords, Musical Angels and Stained glass.
